The ice is the best thing you can use to cure an injoury. The ice make that the injoured place contract so it stops expanding and herting. But the excess of ice in your body make the veins stop carring blood to your heart and you can die.
dear diary after months being traped in the antartica we where rescued, I was so happy thinking on my familly and that we where going to stay alive.
The Antartica can be a very beautifull place to visit because there is always night just 10 days in a year don´t.Come and meet the eskimos and how thet live, you can see lots of deferents animals that onely are seen there. The Antartica is definitly a greate place to leave!
